一、       使用用途Application：

該產(chǎn)品主要用于精確打磨軌頭，以及去除鋼軌焊縫處的焊瘤，修整鋼軌廓形達到標準要求。機體采用高強度鋁合金架，裝有偏向防滑導輪，可打磨軌頭的兩側面、頂面及鋼軌磨損所產(chǎn)生的毛刺，可90度不同角度調整打磨填補目前鋼軌仿形打磨機領(lǐng)域空白。

三、       工作原理Operational Principle:

發(fā)動(dòng)機帶動(dòng)小帶輪轉動(dòng)，通過(guò)皮帶傳動(dòng)帶動(dòng)磨頭旋轉，對鋼軌產(chǎn)生打磨作用；通過(guò)旋轉手輪控制升降桿的升降調整打磨位置；通過(guò)手把與底梁之間的彈性頂力定位打磨機位置，在傾斜扶手的同時(shí)實(shí)現打磨。
