該機器主要是專(zhuān)于精確打磨軌頭，以及用于打磨鋼軌鋁熱無(wú)縫焊接或加強焊接以及鋼軌磨損所產(chǎn)生的毛刺，修整軌頭輪廓，達到標準要求。機體采用高強度鋁合金架，裝有偏向防滑導輪，可打磨軌頭的兩側面及頂面，是鐵路工務(wù)進(jìn)行軌頭打磨的專(zhuān)用設備，填補目前打磨機領(lǐng)域的空白。
